Done through Paypal or Stripe. Normal commissions are ordered through ko-fi, but can provide invoices when split payments, custom commissions (Something not orderable through ko-fi, "off menu"), or adopts are relevant.✦ Payment Plans ✦
I can offer payment plans to commissions & adopts that go above 100€✦ Regarding Refunds... ✦
A full refund can only be given before any work has been started. If work has been started, I can only offer a partial refund, based on how much work is already completed. I offer no refunds after work is completed.✦ Age ✦
You must be 17+ to commission or purchase characters from me! Bases, patterns, and other "store items" are less strict.✦ Commercial Use ✦
Commissioned pieces under this TOS may not be used for commercial use or redistribution. If you wish to get work from me that you can turn into merch and sell, dm me for a quote.✦ Personal "merch" ✦
If you wish to turn your commission into a physical object such as a keychain, a print or other merch for personal use, you can do so! I would love to see, if you do ♥✦ Regarding NFTs & AI ✦
I DO NOT allow any of my work to be used as / for NFTs or to be fed to AI. Doing this will result in an immediate and permanent block on all platforms.
✦ Payments & Holds ✦
With adopts that are priced 100€ and up, I usually offer holds or payment plans. Only ask for these if you can committ to it, please! Cancelling a hold or payment plan will lead to a ban from buying / offering on future adopts. Of course, if a situation comes up and the plan needs to be altered, communicate with me, and we can figure out a new plan or otherwise what to do!✦ Do not hide or delete my designs ✦
If you wish to hide your character, please authorize me. If the design gets or must be deleted for a reason, dm me (toyhouse, discord or instagram works) and update me to why, please!✦ Regarding design edits ✦
You can make changes to the design, as long as it is recognizable to the original. If you wish to make alterations / edit my original work, please contact me and ask first. You may commission me to make edits, feel free to ask for a quote!✦ Regarding merch of designs ✦
Feel free to commission, create, or otherwise get art, fursuits, plushies, merch, etc created of the design (for personal use).✦ No Tradelocks ✦
I do not allow tradelocks on my designs. If the owner allows it, you may ask for priority ping if you wish to get a previously owned design back.✦ Monetary use ✦
If you wish to use my designs for monetary gain (for example selling stickers, or other merch), please discuss with me ahead of time- If it is on a bigger scale, it may add to the sale price of said design.✦ Reselling designs ✦
Feel free to resell the design, for the originally paid price (or below). You may only sell it for higher if it has commissioned art you paid for, and / or the value of your own art. Trading and / or taking art offers is just fine, too!✦ The design you have bought is yours ✦
Once fully paid for, the design is yours, and you are their owner. If they have former name and story, you are free to change it.
Please note that I take most commission orders through ko-fi orders, as they have a lot of add-ons. Prices and estimates can therefore most accurately be seen there!
